Cancellation Policy

For events, classes, and workshops other than summer camps, if you cancel at least 10 days before the first class, a full refund will be issued. If you cancel with 3 - 10 days of notice,  you will be given the option of a 50% refund or a credit at RHAC for 100% of the tuition paid, to apply toward a future event. If you cancel with less than 3 days notice, no refund or credit will be issued.

For summer camps, if you cancel at least 30 days before the first day of camp, a full refund will be issued. If you cancel less than 30 days but at least 10 days before the first day of camp you will be given the option of a 50% refund or a credit at RHAC for 100% of the tuition paid, to apply toward a future event. If you cancel with less than 10 days notice, no refund or credit will be issued.
